How do I order on Yumlyt?
You can order on the Yumlyt website at yumlyt.com/order, in the "Yumlyt: Everything Nearby" Android app on Google Play, or in the Yumlyt iPhone app on the App Store. Share your location, pick a restaurant or shop, add items to your basket and pay at checkout.
What payment methods does Yumlyt accept?
Yumlyt accepts UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, the Yumlyt wallet, and cash on delivery for orders up to ₹2,000.
Does Yumlyt show all charges before I pay?
Yes. The item total, delivery fee, platform fee, GST and any discount are listed line by line at checkout, and the amount shown there is the amount you pay.
How do refunds work on Yumlyt?
Refunds are credited to your Yumlyt wallet, where they can be used immediately. If a restaurant declines or cannot fulfil your order you are refunded in full, and support can send a refund back to your original payment method instead, which takes 5–7 working days.
Are the businesses on Yumlyt verified?
Yes. Every business is KYC-verified by Yumlyt before it is listed. The restaurants and shops are independent local businesses, and they prepare and are responsible for what you order.
How can I list my restaurant or shop on Yumlyt?
Contact the Yumlyt team with your business and area to confirm onboarding and commercial terms. Once your business is verified, you manage menus and orders in the Yumlyt Partner app.
How do I become a Yumlyt delivery partner?
